1 cup Cottage cheese
1 cup Organic frozen strawberries
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 t Frontier Organic chia seeds (optional)
1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
2 T Paducah Olive Oil Co. Strawberry Balsamic
