Ingredients
  • 1/2pound Lean Ground Beef
  • 115 oz can Black Beansdrained
  • 3Tbsp Dehydrated Bell Peppers(1 chopped fresh bell pepper)
  • 1medium White onion
  • 115 oz can Fire Roasted Tomatoes
  • 1small Zucchinichopped
  • 4Tbsp Taco Seasoning
  • 4Tbsp Ranch Seasoning
  • 1/2Tsp Garlic Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Veggie Pepper
  • 3Cups Chicken Broth
  • 115 oz can Whole Kernel Corndrained
  • 1TBSP olive oil

Brown your Ground beef and onions

Add Chicken Broth

Add all remaining ingredients and cook until Zucchini is tender.

Serve with Corn Chips, Cheddar Cheese and Sour Cream.
