Basic Buttermilk Dressing
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 2 tbsp Paducah Olive Oil Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/4cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp any white balsamic vinegar
  • 1tsp Worchestershire sauce
  • 1tsp honey
  • 1small Finely minced Shallots or Onions
  • 1/4tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/4 tsp cracked pepper
  1. Whisk together all the ingredients in a small bowl, or place them in a Mason jar and shake very well. This will keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
