Basic Balsamic Vinaigrette
- 1/4 cup Paducah Olive Oil's Traditional Balsamic Vinegar (You can choose any variety of balsamic you choose)
- 2 tbsp Finely minced Shallots or Onions
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1/3 cup Paducah Olive Oil's Tuscan Herb Olive Oil
- Combine the first 4 ingredients. Whisk in Olive Oil.
