Basic Buttermilk Dressing
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 2 tbsp Paducah Olive Oil Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp any white balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp Worchestershire sauce
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 small Finely minced Shallots or Onions
- 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/4 tsp cracked pepper
Instructions
- Whisk together all the ingredients in a small bowl, or place them in a Mason jar and shake very well. This will keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
