Ingredients

  • 1lb baby carrots
  • 4cloves garlic
  • 1tsp thyme or parsley
Condiments
  • 1/2tbsp honey
Baking and Spices
  • 3dashes Black pepper, ground
  • 1/4tsp Salt
  • 2tbsp Paducah Olive Oil’s Butter Oil
  • 2tbsp browned butter(butter cooked over over medium heat)
Instructions
  1. As the butter melts, it will begin to foam and turn golden brown in color. At that point, saute some garlic, add the carrots and honey to the skillet. Finish the dish in the oven by roasting it for 20 minutes, and the end result is this tender, garlicky, buttery, and slightly sweet carrots.
